I want you to love your ring—if something’s not right, I’ll help make it right.

Return Window:
You may request a return within 5 days of delivery. Items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition

• Returned in original packaging (if possible)

Please Note:

• Premade Rings / Souvenir Spoon Rings are final sale and non-refundable.

• Custom-sized or altered rings are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The return address will be provided once your request is approved.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:
Email @jmikael.business@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line and a brief reason for the return. I’ll reply within 5 business days with next steps.

Refunds:
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
