SECTION 3 - PRODUCT INFORMATION & VINTAGE NATURE OF GOODS

Due to the handmade nature of our rings and the use of vintage or reclaimed silverware, each item may differ slightly in appearance. Customers are responsible for determining their own skin sensitivities or material compatibility. Our rings are not intended for children.
We make every effort to display products accurately, but cannot guarantee your monitor’s display will reflect colors or textures perfectly.

 

SECTION 3A – PRODUCT SAFETY & SKIN SENSITIVITIES

Each of our souvenir spoon rings is carefully handmade and sealed with a jewelry-grade, hypoallergenic coating to help preserve shine and reduce the risk of tarnishing or skin irritation. Every ring is cured for a minimum of 2 weeks and gently cleaned before being sent out, ensuring it is ready for wear upon arrival.

While the coating is formulated to be skin-safe and suitable for most individuals, sensitivities can vary. Customers with known metal allergies or skin sensitivities are advised to use discretion. In the event of any irritation, we recommend discontinuing use and contacting us with any concerns. RingsByJosh LLC disclaims responsibility for adverse skin reactions, as individual tolerance to materials may differ.

 

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO PRODUCTS AND PRICES

We reserve the right to change or discontinue any product at any time without notice. We are not liable for any such modification or price change.

 

SECTION 5 - BILLING ACCURACY

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order placed. You agree to provide accurate, complete account and payment information for all purchases. We may contact you if changes to an order occur.
