📦 Shipping Information
Every ring from RingsByJosh is handcrafted from antique silverware, shaped, finished, and polished by hand. I’m currently experiencing high order volume and am working through hundreds of orders—thank you for your patience.

Fulfillment Time:

Most orders ship within 7–10 business days, but during peak periods order fulfillment can take up to 2 weeks (14 days). I’ve been dealing with hundreds of orders daily lately, so I’m a bit backed up — but I don’t want to sacrifice quality. Every ring is made by hand with care, and I appreciate your patience while I make sure each one meets my standards before it ships.

Delivery Time (U.S.):
Once shipped, USPS Ground or Priority Mail typically delivers within 3–5 business days (service depends on size/weight).

Tracking Info:
You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. If your package hasn’t arrived 14 days after shipment, please email ringsbyjosh@gmail.com .

🔁 Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
I want you to love your ring—if something’s not right, I’ll help make it right.

Return Window:
You may request a return within 5 days of delivery. Items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition

• Returned in original packaging (if possible)

Please Note:

• Premade Rings / Souvenir Spoon Rings are final sale and non-refundable.

• Custom-sized or altered rings are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The return address will be provided once your request is approved.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:
Email @returns.ringsbyjosh@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line and a brief reason for the return. I’ll reply within 5 business days with next steps.

Refunds:
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
