📦 Shipping Information
Every ring from RingsByJosh is handcrafted with care — from shaping antique silverware to the final polish — so we ask for a little patience while your piece is being prepared.
Processing Time:
Most orders are made, packaged, and handed off to USPS within 5-7 business days. During high-demand periods (like product drops or sales), processing may take up to 7-10 business days, but we always aim to get your ring out as quickly as possible.

Delivery Time (U.S.): Once shipped, your package usually arrives within 3–5 business days via USPS Ground or Priority Mail, depending on the size and weight.
Tracking Info:
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you haven’t received your package after 14 days (U.S.)

🔁 Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your ring — but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got your back.
Return Window:
You can request a return within 5 days of delivery. Please make sure the item is :
● Unworn and in original condition
● Returned in its original packaging (if possible)

Please note:
Premade Rings / Souvenir Spoon Rings are final sale and non-refundable.
● Custom-sized or altered rings are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We’ll provide the return address once your request is approved.

How to Start a Return:
Please email jmikael.business@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line and a brief reason for the return. We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with the next steps.


Refunds: Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
